bison + storms in the distance made for a beautiful day on the prairie. according to the park ranger, this guy broke his shoulder sparring with another bull during the august rut last year—he still walks with a bit of a limp. so in awe of these giants and the honor of being in their graceful and almost ghostly presence ❤️ #tallgrassartistresidency #bison
